About Garden Gathering:
North Dakota Women’s Ministries presents our annual Garden Gathering. You are invited to bring your momma, and your sister, and your grandma, and any other ladies you know to this event. You’ll enjoy refreshments and fellowship under the tent.
Our desire is to give you a chance to hear from and support women within our fellowship who are actively bringing the light of Jesus Christ to the lost through evangelism or missions. This is an event you (and your momma, sister, and grandma) won’t want to miss. We hope to see you there!

Speaker: Melody Skaar
For those who don’t know Melody, she is a North Dakota girl through and through. Growing up she had the opportunity to see the beauty the state had to offer as she first followed her parents in their various ministry assignments, then through college and beyond.
Melody followed the call of God to Trinity Bible College where she was equipped to take the goodness of God to the Nations. While studying and then serving at Trinity, the Lord developed a passion for mentoring and discipleship. God has currently called Melody on a special assignment working with an unreached people group. Talking about what God is doing in his precious people is one of her favorite subjects and she would gladly talk to you about it over a cup of coffee. Melody has been back in the US for a season while navigating a health journey, but looks forward to launching back overseas.
When she is not following Jesus to the far most corners of the earth, she can be found cruising the lake in a kayak or basking in the sunshine in her hammock. Some of her favorite places are the state parks in ND where she can bask in God’s creation- a sweet, quiet and restful place to abide with Jesus.
